Job summary

BCD Meetings & Events, a leading global meetings and events agency, seeks a Contract Specialist to drive contract execution for non-hotel venues and event suppliers. You will balance deadlines, compliance, and problem-solving in a fast-moving environment.

You’ll manage Provider of Incidental Agreements and support the Purchasing Team while handling confidential information with integrity and adhering to brand standards. This is a remote role within Eastern/Central business hours.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in meeting planning, hotel sales, sourcing, purchasing, or contract management.
• Hands-on experience contracting and sourcing event vendors.
• Travel industry or destination knowledge helps smarter sourcing decisions.
• Strong accounting skills and comfort helping maintain budgets or collect final invoices.

Responsibilities

• Contract non-hotel venues, event suppliers, and POI agreements with accuracy and professionalism.
• Manage deadlines, turnaround times, and multiple priorities without losing attention to detail.
• Keep contracts accurate, compliant, and on track.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support purchasing needs.
