Job summary

BCD Meetings & Events is seeking a Purchasing Manager to drive venue sourcing, contract negotiations, and end-to-end event execution. You will collaborate with clients, program managers, and suppliers to ensure value, risk management, and smooth operations during sourcing, contracting, and invoicing.

Fluency in Spanish is required, and the role is fully virtual with less than 25% travel. A college degree and CMP certification are preferred; flexible working and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Sourcing hotels and venues to meet client goals and specs.
• Negotiating contracts, terms, pricing, and concessions while protecting client interests.

Responsibilities

• Shape successful meetings and events from sourcing through contract execution and final invoice collection.
• Partner with clients, program managers, and suppliers to deliver value and reduce risk.
• Manage multiple deadlines with organized project planning and accurate documentation.
