Job summary

Tech Holding is seeking a Solutions Engineer (Contract, Remote USA) to lead technical engagements, design identity and trust infrastructure, and deliver working prototypes. You will work with customers, product, and engineering to translate requirements into concrete solutions using DNS, PKI, TLS, and agentic AI protocols.

You will present architectures, support integrations, and respond to security reviews while building reusable demos and reference architectures for sales and partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or a similar customer-facing tech role.
• Deep knowledge of DNS including DNSSEC, records, resolvers, and authoritative servers.
• Strong networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, TLS, HTTP/S, routing, load balancing, and CDNs.
• Practical PKI experience: X.509 certs, CAs, lifecycle management, and mTLS.
• Working knowledge of agentic AI and protocols like MCP and A2A for agent discovery, identity, authentication, and authorization.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical lead in customer meetings, discovery calls, workshops, and demos.
• Speak in depth about DNS and how it supports identity and trust.
• Explain networking fundamentals to engineers and executives.
• Advise customers on PKI, certificate lifecycle, and mTLS.
• Guide customers on MCP and A2A protocols, including identity and authorization.
• Design and build proofs of concept and prototypes showing product fit.
• Translate requirements into architectures, integration plans, and technical docs.
• Answer technical questions in RFPs, security reviews, and proposals.
• Share customer feedback to influence product roadmaps and create demos.
