Job summary

Tech Holding is seeking Solutions Engineers for a remote, contract role in the United States to support identity and trust infrastructure projects. You will lead technical discussions, design architectures, and build working prototypes using modern languages and REST APIs, collaborating with product, engineering, and business teams.

You will demonstrate DNS and networking expertise, PKI knowledge, and familiarity with agentic AI protocols, while working with AWS/Azure/GCP and cloud-native tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in solutions engineering, sales engineering, technical consulting, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of DNS, DNSSEC, records, resolvers, and authoritative servers.
• Strong networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, TLS, HTTP/S, routing, load balancing, and CDNs.
• Practical experience with PKI: X.509 certs, certificate authorities, lifecycle mgmt, and mTLS.
• Working knowledge of agentic AI and LLM integration, including MCP and A2A, with identity/auth.
• Proven ability to build POCs quickly using Python/Go/TypeScript/JavaScript and REST APIs.
• Experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for engineers and executives.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical lead in customer meetings, discovery calls, workshops, and demos.
• Explain DNS concepts and how they support identity and trust.
• Describe networking fundamentals to varied audiences: TCP/IP, TLS, HTTP, routing, CDN use.
• Advise on PKI topics: certificate lifecycle, CAs, trust chains, mTLS, key management.
• Guide customers on agentic AI protocols (MCP, A2A) including identity and auth.
• Design and build POCs and prototypes showing client product value.
• Translate requirements into architectures, integration plans, and docs.
• Answer technical questions in RFPs, security reviews, and proposals.
• Share customer feedback to shape product roadmap and enablement content.
