Forward Networks is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to build a high-quality pipeline for sales roles in a remote contract capacity. You will lead sourcing, screening, and advancing candidates, while coordinating with hiring managers to meet staffing objectives.

The role requires a minimum of 10+ years in sales recruiting, with experience in recruiting technical talent and a proven ability to manage candidates through the full cycle.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Sales recruiting in a fast-paced environment with diverse tactics.
• Experience recruiting technical talent.
• Ability to build strong relationships and manage expectations for candidates and hiring managers.
• Strong verbal and written communication with tact and diplomacy.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system.
• Experience through a full recruiting cycle.

Responsabilités

• Recruiting Sales candidates to build the candidate pipeline through sourcing, networking, referrals, events, online postings, etc.
• Execute recruitment strategy to meet management expectations.
• Manage candidate process and be a candidate ambassador.
• Determine skill level, manage offer process including negotiation, letters, and close.
• Deliver consistently positive candidate experience.
• Provide strategic insight to hiring managers to confirm staffing plans and needs.
