Forward Networks is seeking an experienced Sales Recruiter for a remote contract role in the United States. You will build a robust pipeline by sourcing, networking, referrals, events, and postings, while executing strategies to meet management expectations and managing the full candidate lifecycle.

You will determine skill levels, negotiate offers, and present offers, ensuring a positive candidate experience and providing strategic staffing insights to hiring managers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Sales recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience recruiting technical talent.
• Ability to build relationships and manage expectations for candidates and hiring managers.
• High attention to detail and ability to prioritize roles.
• Problem-solving mindset with urgency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, tact and diplomacy.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system.

Responsabilités

• Recruiting Sales candidates to build the candidate pipeline through sourcing, networking, referrals, events, online postings, etc.
• Execute recruitment strategy to ensure management expectations are met
• Manage candidate process and be a candidate ambassador
• Determine skill level, manage offer process including offer negotiation, letter generation and close
• Deliver consistently positive candidate experience
• Provide strategic insight to hiring managers to confirm staffing plans and meet needs
