Forward Networks, Inc. is seeking an experienced Sales Recruiter for a remote contract role. You will build the candidate pipeline through sourcing, networking, referrals, events, and online postings, and guide candidates through a rigorous recruiting process.

Collaborating with sales leadership, you will execute 전략 to meet staffing goals, manage offers and negotiations, and ensure a consistently positive candidate experience while maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Sales recruiting in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience recruiting technical talent.
• Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• High attention to detail and prioritization of roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with tact and diplomacy.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system.
• Experience delivering a full recruiting cycle.

Responsabilités

• Recruit Sales candidates to build the candidate pipeline through sourcing, networking, referrals, events, and online postings.
• Execute recruitment strategy to ensure management expectations are met.
• Manage candidate process and be a candidate ambassador.
• Determine skill level, manage offer process including negotiation, letter generation and close.
• Deliver consistently positive candidate experience.
• Provide strategic insight to hiring managers to confirm staffing plans.
