Coral Care is hiring a contract Sales Development Representative to grow our referral-partnership pipeline. You'll reach out to pediatric-adjacent organizations, run a cadence in Apollo, and book intro conversations with our referral coordinator.

This is outbound, high-volume work focused on opening conversations rather than closing deals. Hours are 30-40 per week, remote, with an hourly base and performance bonuses for meetings booked and referrals that convert.

Formación

• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls every day (40-60+) without losing energy.
• A confident, resilient phone communicator who isn't rattled by gatekeepers or rejection.
• Organized and reliable about logging activity accurately, every call, every day.
• Able to work independently in a remote, contract role with minimal day-to-day oversight.

Responsabilidades

• Make outbound cold calls to referral partners (other organizations that serve the same families).
• Run a call-and-email outreach cadence in Apollo, following up on the sequences it kicks off automatically.
• Handle common objections confidently, drawing on our live call-reference tool (script, objection responses, insurance lookup).
• Book qualified intro calls directly onto our referral coordinator's calendar.
• Send the one templated booking-confirmation email once a clinic books (cc'ing the referral coordinator); everything else in the cadence runs automatically.
• Log every call and outcome accurately in Apollo so the team has a clean, trustworthy pipeline.
• Hit weekly call-volume and connect targets.
