Job summary

Coral Care is seeking an SDR/BDR to prioritize pipeline based on deal score and family demand, guiding providers from onboarding to first patient. You will conduct friendly, consultative video calls to explain how Coral Care works and assess fit.

The role requires 1–3 years in a phone- or video-based role with a monthly quota and a track record of meeting conversion targets, plus comfort with HubSpot, Google Meet, and AI tools. Join a fast-growing team supporting in-home care across nine states.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in an SDR, BDR, recruiting or similar phone- and video-based role with a monthly quota.
• A track record of hitting conversion targets and staying highly organized with 50+ people moving at once.
• Comfort with technology including CRM (HubSpot preferred), Google Meet, and AI tools.
