The role offers remote work flexibility, a commission-based contract, and opportunities to expand with a growing team across USA, Mexico, and Canada. Travel to meetings and events is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in contract sales, ideally in plastic injection molding.
• Demonstrated success with custom plastics-engineered solutions from concept to completion.
• Familiarity with selling directly to OEMs as an independent contractor.

Responsibilities

• Business development: identify potential clients and nurture relationships with decision-makers.
• Customer consultation: understand requirements and offer tailored manufacturing solutions.
• Sales negotiation: present quotations and terms, maintain profitability and handle objections.
