This role requires full-time commitment to the business and adherence to performance expectations. You will develop annual sales plans, manage budgets, and maintain CRM data daily, collaborating with suppliers to win new opportunities and secure preferred distributor status.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent experience in a thermoplastic distribution/molding environment.
• Minimum of two years of specialty thermoplastic resin sales experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office is required; Outlook mastery within 3 months.
• Strong organizational skills and self-directed work approach.

Responsibilities

• Establish, maintain, and grow resin distribution sales in the assigned territory.
• Utilize call frequency processes to service high-potential accounts and track progress.
• Coordinate with suppliers to secure new opportunities and distributor status.
• Maintain CRM data daily and manage sales and trading margin budgets.
• Work independently and with minimal supervision.
