Job summary

Maya AI is expanding its national sales network and seeking motivated professionals to help businesses understand and adopt practical AI. This is a remote, 1099 independent-contractor role with commission-based compensation and no base salary.

You will build pipelines, reach out to owners and executives, demonstrate Maya AI, and align solutions with client challenges. Training and support are provided, with ongoing commissions on new contracts and renewals.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Confident starting conversations with new businesses.
• Strong at building relationships with owners and executives.
• Comfortable discussing AI, technology, and business implications.
• Organized enough to manage your own pipeline and follow-up.
• Motivated by performance-based compensation.
• Previous B2B sales experience is preferred; open to strong salespeople from diverse backgrounds.
• Experience in SaaS or technology-related sectors is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Build your own pipeline of prospective businesses.
• Connect with business owners, executives, and decision-makers.
• Introduce companies to Maya AI.
• Learn about prospect challenges and identify potential solutions.
• Schedule and participate in demonstrations and sales conversations.
• Develop referral and partnership relationships.
• Work with Maya team on qualified opportunities.
• Help move opportunities from introduction through close.
• Keep sales activity and opportunities updated in our CRM.
