SCN BestCo seeks a Contract Sales Director to lead the development and execution of contract sales and innovation strategies for assigned accounts. The role engages with purchasing, product development, sourcing, packaging, and other touchpoints to strengthen relationships and streamline planning.

This is a remote position with significant travel. Estimated starting base salary ranges from $171,876 to $257,814 per year, with discretionary annual incentives based on company performance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required in business or related field.
• 10+ years of sales or strategic account management experience.
• Experience in vitamins/minerals, supplements, nutraceuticals, or consumer health.

• Deliver assigned sales objectives and plans.
• Grow contract accounts through new department and category growth initiatives.
• Strengthen e-commerce penetration and online content quality metrics.
• Develop consultative relationships and communicate customer business needs.
