SCN BestCo is a leading innovator and manufacturer of vitamins, minerals, supplements and wellness products. We seek a Contract Sales Director to develop and execute strategy for contract accounts, driving product innovation, and strengthening relationships across purchasing, product development, and sourcing.

The role offers a remote work arrangement with a base salary range of $171,876 to $257,814 per year, plus discretionary annual incentive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 10 years’ sales or strategic account management experience with a proven track record of prospecting, developing new business, and growing customer relationships.
• Experience within vitamins, minerals, supplements (VMS), nutraceuticals, wellness, consumer health, or adjacent industries.
• Experience presenting to senior-level leaders.
• Prior CRM system experience.

Responsabilités

• Deliver assigned sales objectives and plans.
• Grow contract accounts through new department and category growth initiatives.
• Strengthen e-commerce penetration and online content quality metrics for assigned contracts.
• Create new items and promotional plans with contract accounts and other e-commerce opportunities.
• Act as the direct sales contact for day-to-day business.
• Develop consultative customer relationships and communicate customer business issues.
