• Must have strong customer service experience and negotiation skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication, with precise messaging.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Refresh/renegotiate customer contract agreements.
• Renew existing customers in final year before evergreen status.
• Renew agreements for acquired customers; update linkage data.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support fulfillment and billing.
• Proactively troubleshoot issues to protect the business.
