Job summary

NuCO2 Inc. is seeking a remote Account Manager in the United States to renew, maintain, and refresh contract agreements with beverage CO2 customers in the Foodservice and Hospitality industries.

The role emphasizes renewal activity, data cleanup, and collaboration with Operations, Sales, and Billing teams. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in sales or customer service, strong negotiation skills, and experience with MS Office; a business degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in sales and/or customer service.
• Able to renew and renewals; handle contract changes.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Refresh/renew customer contracts and manage status changes.
• Renew existing customers nearing evergreen status or without current contracts.
• Upsell equipment and services where applicable.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Sales, Billing).
• Maintain accurate customer data and contract packages.
