Job summary

NuCO2 Inc. in Florida is seeking a customer support specialist to join our onsite team and deliver proactive assistance for beverage carbonation systems.

You will handle inbound calls, troubleshoot NuCO2 equipment, and collaborate with other departments to resolve issues while following safety protocols. This role requires a high school diploma, 3 years of call-center customer service experience, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; onsite training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of customer support experience in a call center environment preferred.
• Restaurant/Food Service/Manufacturing or mechanical background highly desired.
• Ability to work various shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must attend a 3-week onsite training class and report to HQ daily.

Responsibilities

• Delivering excellent service by answering inbound calls and diagnosing NuCO 2 equipment issues.
• Ask probing questions, gather information and determine the correct action while following safety protocols.
• Remote troubleshooting of bulk CO2 tanks, nitrogen generators and gas blenders; analyze history and process requests for delivery and service.
• Communicate with customers to obtain pertinent information and understand their requests; manage information via emails and memos.
• Demonstrate ownership and initiative to build job knowledge and learn through training and on‑the‑job coaching.
