Sleep Number Corporation, a leader in sleep wellness, seeks a Contract Recruiter to support high-volume hiring remotely for a peak season. You will manage Workday, source candidates through LinkedIn and other channels, and partner with HR to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Bring 3+ years of full lifecycle recruiting, strong assessment and communication skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders. This contract role runs ~6 months with potential extension.

Formación

• 3+ years in a full life cycle recruiting role for a variety of functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, preferred or equivalent experience.
• Advanced sourcing, talent assessment, and market intelligence abilities.
• Ability to partner with leaders, influence decision-making, and maintain trust.
• Strong data analysis, presentation, and compliance knowledge.
• Excellent verbal/written communication and confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Identify qualified candidates via competency-based screens and represent Sleep Number professionally.
• Manage Workday ATS to keep candidate data accurate and up-to-date.
• Build pipelines through networking, social channels, and job boards.
• Partner with interview teams and HR partners to shepherd candidates from application to offer.
• Provide onboarding support and suggest process improvements for ROI.
• Contribute to recruiting strategies to balance workload, candidate flow, and quality.
