Job summary

Eight Sleep is seeking a Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring for a global portfolio of roles across multiple regions. You will proactively source, engage, and close top talent while partnering with hiring managers to build strong pipelines and drive fast interview cadences.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in tech or high-growth startups, with a proven ability to close passive candidates and manage stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth startups, D2C, or tech.
• Proven track record sourcing and closing passive candidates via multi-channel outreach.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions and global regions.
• Strong stakeholder management to align with hiring managers.
• Familiarity with ATS tools; Ashby is a plus; data-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring for a global portfolio of roles across regions.
• Source, engage, and close top talent while proactively building pipelines.
• Partner with hiring managers to scope roles and maintain fast interview cadences.
• Maintain a high talent bar and culture-fit assessment for every hire.
• Create and monitor hiring metrics dashboards to track pipeline health.
• Upgrade recruiting workflows using Ashby to improve speed and scale.
