HealthTrust Workforce Solutions is seeking a Contract Recruiter to source and place clinical staff across the West Florida region. The role focuses on high-volume recruiting for RN, Allied and PCT roles, using ATS/CMS tools, while coordinating with multiple leaders and meeting urgent staffing needs.

You will attend onsite events in the Tampa area, support onboarding, credentialing and community outreach, and enjoy weekly pay with competitive hourly rates in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years proven track record in HIGH-VOLUME, hospital healthcare recruiting.
• Experience with ATS / CMS systems.
• Experience recruiting for RN, Allied, PCTs, etc.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Source USA-domestic clinical permanent staff for HCA and external facilities.
• Build a pool of passive and active candidates for facilities via referrals and other sources.
• Coordinate with sourcing team and manager to recruit efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Explain position requirements, client hospital attributes, onboarding and credentialing processes.

Our partnering facility is seeking a qualified Contract Recruiter to join their West Florida Division Recruiting Team.

Must have reliable transportation to attend onsite events within the local region. Must reside in either Tampa/ St. Petersburg/ Sarasota/ Largo/ Brandon/ Englewood, etcetera.

Responsibilities:

The Contract Recruiter is responsible for sourcing USA-domestic clinical permanent staff for HCA and external across the assigned division. The Recruiter will build a pool of passive and active candidates for facilities through referrals from the sourcing team, as well as through other recruitment sources they have identified. Sourcing/Recruitment of candidates is conducted in an efficient, time sensitive, productive, and cost effective manner in coordination with the efforts of the manager. The Recruiter will provide information to candidates concerning the position requirements, client hospital attributes, onboarding process, credentialing and community offerings.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• 2+ years proven track record of success in HIGH-VOLUME, sales/production sourcing/ recruiting environment in hospital healthcare - sourcing/ recruiting for healthcare / clinical positions - EXPERIENCE MANAGING 80 - 100 REQUISITIONS ONGOING AT A TIME - SUPPORTING MULTIPLE LEADERS
• Experience with ATS/ CMS systems
• Experience recruiting for Registered Nurses, Allied, PCTs (patient Care Techs) etcetera
• Critical thinking capabilities
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities- REQUIRES GREAT ORGANIZATION SKILLS
• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word and Excel - TECHNOLOGICALLY SAVVY
• Ability to work well independently and within a team environment
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work in a FAST-PACE, HIGH-VOLUME recruiting environment
• Productive and efficient in planning and executing work with multiple projects/priorities
• A smart “go getter” aptitude who embraces continuous change
