CLEAResult is seeking a Contract Recruiter to join our People Team and guide qualified candidates through our hiring process across North America. You will support a mission-driven workforce and partner with business units to deliver top talent with speed and integrity.

The role requires building strong relationships with managers, optimizing recruitment processes, and applying data-driven strategies. Remote work across the US is supported, with DOT considerations where applicable.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of progressive recruitment experience.
• Track record of navigating sourcing and recruiting obstacles.
• Ability to quickly get up to speed with Workday and other platforms; Paradox is a differentiator.
• An affinity for data and its application to success.
• Knowledge of labor market trends.
• Desire to learn and grow professionally.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with managers to find and deliver exceptional candidates.
• Flawlessly execute a recruitment process while reconstructing it to be best in class.
• Advise managers on market trends and tactical methodologies for complex hiring needs.
• Find the strongest candidates and manage their hiring experience with care and enthusiasm.
• Represent CLEAResult brand with every interaction and collaborate with vendors.
• Support members of the Recruiting team.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the People Team to advance the mission.
