Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking a Contract Recruiter to impact a mission-driven workforce. You will guide candidates through the process, partner with business leaders, and influence talent strategies across time zones in North America.

You will manage relationships, optimize recruitment workflows, and contribute to a high-caliber candidate experience while collaborating with the People Team and Vendors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive recruitment experience.
• Proven sourcing and recruiting success across roles and levels.
• Familiarity with Workday and Paradox is a major differentiator.
• Affinity for data-driven decision making in hiring.
• Knowledge of labor market trends and dynamics.

• Energetically cultivating relationships with managers at various levels to source and deliver exceptional candidates.
• Flawlessly execute a recruitment process and continuously improve it to be best in class.
• Advise managers on market trends, tactics, and competitive analysis for complex hiring needs at scale.

• Represent the CLEAResult brand with every interaction and collaborate with vendors and partners.
• Support members of the Recruiting team and work cross-functionally with the People Team.

Job Description

This is a contract position. This is also a remote position and can be located anywhere in the US. Candidate must be comfortable supporting all time zones in North America.

In this pivotal role, you will frequently apply your experience in talent advisement, quickly assert yourself as an expert in the space to your business partners, while guiding qualified candidates seamlessly through our recruitment process.

Responsibilities

• Energetically cultivating relationships with managers at various levels of the organization, to leverage in finding and delivering exceptional candidates for open vacancies
• Building the plane as you fly it; flawlessly execute a recruitment process, while simultaneously reconstructing it to be best in class
• Resourcefully advise managers and business leaders on market trends, tactical methodologies, and competitive analysis to develop customized approaches for complex hiring needs at scale
• Resiliently focused on finding the strongest candidates to help us move the business forward - then shepherding their hiring experience with the utmost passion and grace
• Representing the CLEAResult brand proudly with every interaction, as you deeply vet candidates for open vacancies, partner with various vendors, or collaborate with other organizations
• Supporting members of the Recruiting team
• Collaborating cross-functionally with other members of the People Team to help guide our mission forward

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of progressive recruitment experience
• A track record of navigating various obstacles in relation to sourcing and recruiting
• The ability to quickly get up to speed with Workday and other business platforms. Experience with Paradox is a major differentiator
• An affinity for data and the important role its application plays in success
• Knowledge and free thought of the labor market and current trends
• The relentless desire to continue to learn and grow professionally

Compensation Range

$35 - $45 / hour

DOT Requirements
