CLEAResult is seeking a Contract Recruiter to impact a mission-driven workforce across North America. You will advise on market trends, guide candidates through our recruitment process, and build strong partnerships with business leaders.

This role emphasizes speed, rigor, and scalable hiring across time zones. The position is contract and remote, requiring comfort with supporting all North American time zones while delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of progressive recruitment experience.
• Track record of navigating obstacles in sourcing and recruiting.
• Ability to quickly get up to speed with Workday and other business platforms.
• Affinity for data and the important role its application plays in success.
• Knowledge of labor market trends and current dynamics.
• Relentless desire to learn and grow professionally.

Responsabilités

• Energetically cultivating relationships with managers at various levels to source top candidates.
• Build and optimize a best-in-class recruitment process across the organization.
• Advise managers on market trends and competitive analysis for hiring needs.
• Identify strongest candidates and manage their hiring experience with enthusiasm.
• Represent CLEAResult brand and collaborate with vendors and teams.
• Support other members of the Recruiting team and cross-functional partners.

Compensation Range

$35 - $45 / hour
