CLEAResult is seeking a Contract Recruiter to support our people team's recruitment efforts. This remote role covers all North American time zones and emphasizes a high-touch candidate experience within a mission-driven organization.

You will guide qualified candidates through the process, advise managers on market trends, and collaborate with vendors to meet hiring needs at scale. A data-driven mindset and familiarity with Workday/Paradox are valued.

• Over 5 years of progressive recruitment experience.
• Track record navigating obstacles in sourcing and recruiting.
• Ability to quickly get up to speed with Workday and other platforms; Paradox is a differentiator.
• Affinity for data and its application to success.

Job Description

This is a contract position. This is also a remote position and can be located anywhere in the US. Candidate must be comfortable supporting all time zones in North America.

In this pivotal role, you will frequently apply your experience in talent advisement, quickly assert yourself as an expert in the space to your business partners, while guiding qualified candidates seamlessly through our recruitment process.

• Resourcefully advise managers and business leaders on market trends, tactical methodologies, and competitive analysis to develop customized approaches for complex hiring needs at scale

• Representing the CLEAResult brand proudly with every interaction, as you deeply vet candidates for open vacancies, partner with various vendors, or collaborate with other organizations
• Supporting members of the Recruiting team
• Collaborating cross-functionally with other members of the People Team to help guide our mission forward

Compensation Range:

$35 - $45 / hour
