Job summary

FBMC Benefits Management, Inc., an affiliate of Leavitt Group, is seeking a Project Manager for a 12-month fixed-term W2 role. You will lead complex client implementations, manage end-to-end migrations (Selerix, Premier Enroll, and others), and coordinate cross-functional teams through discovery, implementation, testing, and go-live.

You will oversee multiple projects, ensuring on-time delivery, managing budgets, and communicating with clients and executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Proven success leading system implementations, technology deployments, or data migration projects.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a matrixed environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable project plans and deliverables.
• Experience presenting updates to clients, leadership, and executives.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead Key Client Implementations and manage end-to-end delivery of benefits admin migrations.
• Drive projects from planning through go-live and post-launch support.
• Ensure on-time delivery within scope and aligned with enrollment schedules.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation.
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects balancing priorities and deadlines.
• Collaborate with Integration, Salesforce, Data & EDI, Account Management, and other teams.
• Facilitate meetings, updates, and executive communications.
• Establish governance, change control, and best practices; manage risks and issues.
