You will oversee multiple client implementations of benefits platforms, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive projects from kickoff to go-live, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with enrollment schedules.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of PM experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience leading system implementations, technology deployments, or data migration projects.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a matrixed environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Ability to influence teams without direct reporting authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of benefits platform migrations (Selerix, Premier Enroll and others).
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, resources, and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage executive communications.
• Establish governance, change control, and best practices for projects.
• Oversee Salesforce enhancement and release planning process.
