Job summary

FBMC Benefits Management, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Project Manager for fully remote client implementations, including benefits platform migrations and data transitions.

You will lead planning, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation while coordinating with Salesforce, IT, and account management teams. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in project management with a track record of successful system implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Proven success leading system implementations, technology deployments, or data migration projects.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office and PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead client implementations and platform migrations.

• Oversee Salesforce enhancements and release planning.

• Lead critical client implementations, including benefits platform migrations and system transitions.

• Manage Salesforce enhancement and release planning processes, including intake and prioritization.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Partner with Integration, Salesforce, Data & EDI, Account Management, and Contact Center teams.
• Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and executive-level communications.
• Build alignment and consensus among cross-functional teams and leadership.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or equivalent experience; 5+ years of project management experience.
• Proven success leading system implementations, technology deployments, or data migration projects.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office and PM tools.
