Job summary

Prescryptive Health, Inc. is seeking a Contract Clinical Services Support Technician to maintain drug lists and PA documents, resolve setup questions, and prepare client materials. You will work under pharmacist review to ensure QA and timely delivery of reports and disclosures.

The role is 9–12 months, remote within the U.S., with an 8-hour Monday–Friday shift and a pay range of $20–$40 per hour. Laptop provided; benefits are not offered for this contract.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification required.
• 3 years of pharmacy technician experience.
• 2 years of PBM experience in clinical services (utilization management, coverage review, or PA resolution).
• Experience with mail order and specialty pharmacy operations, formularies, drug lists, and NDC identifiers.
• Hands-on experience with formulary or drug information databases and PBM platforms.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for data comparison and reporting.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining claims adjudication data and client-facing materials.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinical drug lists and PA documents; resolve drug list/benefit setup questions.
• Publish coverage policies files and client drug lists under QA review.
• Establish QA checkpoints for PA updates, QL cleanup, and PA printing with pharmacist review.
• Analyze, generate, and distribute medication lists and client-facing materials, including disruption analyses.
• Coordinate with pharmacists, operations, and internal stakeholders to meet deadlines.
• Identify opportunities to improve accuracy and efficiency via technology and AI-enabled tools.
