Job summary

Prescryptive Health, Inc. is seeking a Contract Clinical Services Support Technician to maintain drug lists and PA documents, resolve list and benefit setup questions, and prepare client reports.

The role supports pharmacists and clinical leadership to keep benefit information current and accurate. The contract focuses on hands-on, operational work with recurring maintenance and reporting, reviewed by pharmacists or the clinical team at defined checkpoints.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with active CPhT certification and state registration where required.
• 3 years of pharmacy technician experience.
• 2 years in PBM supporting clinical services such as utilization management or prior authorization resolution.
• Experience with mail order and specialty pharmacy operations, formularies, and NDC identifiers.
• Hands-on experience with formulary or drug information databases and PBM platforms.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills to prepare reports and presentations.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining claims adjudication data and client materials.
• Clear written and verbal communication to coordinate with pharmacists and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Synchronize Medispan drug lists in the drug list management platform.
• Update PA coverage criteria documents with formulary updates and client customizations.
• Maintain QL rules and implement downstream client-specific changes.
• Investigate claim rejections related to drug list platform configuration and resolve issues; escalate for clinical review.
• Prepare and publish coverage policies files and printed client drug lists for QA review.
• Establish quality checkpoints for PA updates, QL cleanup, and PA printing with pharmacist review.
• Analyze and distribute medication lists and reports, and prepare client-facing clinical materials.
• Coordinate with pharmacists, operations teams, and internal stakeholders to meet deadlines.
• Identify opportunities to improve accuracy and efficiency through technology and AI-enabled tools.
