Job summary

Prescryptive Health, Inc. is seeking a Contract Clinical Services Support Technician to maintain clinical drug lists, resolve benefit questions, and prepare client reports. You will own recurring maintenance with QA review by pharmacists or clinical staff, in a hands-on operational role during a 9 to 12 month contract.

The position offers remote work with standard Monday–Friday hours and a focus on accuracy, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve drug information management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with active CPhT certification.
• Experience supporting clinical services at a PBM (2+ years).
• Familiarity with mail order and specialty pharmacy operations and prior authorization processes.
• Experience with formulary or drug information databases and PBM platforms.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for reports and presentations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to coordinate with pharmacists and teams.

Responsibilities

• Synchronize Medispan drug lists in the drug list management platform.
• Update PA coverage criteria documents with formulary updates and client customizations.
• Investigate claim rejections related to drug list platform configuration and resolve questions; publish client drug lists.
• Establish quality control checkpoints for PA updates and printing with QA review.
• Analyze, generate, and distribute medication lists and reports for client-facing materials.
• Coordinate with pharmacists, operations teams, and stakeholders to meet deadlines.
• Identify opportunities to improve accuracy and efficiency through technology and AI-enabled tools.
