Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead performance management through coaching, goal setting, and recognition.
• Assess talent gaps and develop succession plans to strengthen readiness.
• Monitor engagement, performance trends, and implement action plans.
• Address performance issues with timely coaching conversations.
• Delegate work strategically to grow team capabilities and reduce key-person risk.
• Oversee contract administration ensuring terms, underwriting guidelines, and regulations compliance.
