Job summary

Acumen Fiscal Agent is seeking a Manager, Contract Management to lead our contract lifecycle from award through closeout, coordinating with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Compliance. This role will establish governance, templates, and playbooks to scale contract execution and oversight.

You will build centralized reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics, partnering with leadership to optimize economics, risk, and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5–10 years of contract management experience.
• Experience negotiating commercial agreements.
• Experience coordinating reviews among multiple stakeholders.
• Strong Excel, reporting, and analytical skills.
• Strong written, verbal, and executive communication capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and drive outcomes with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Own Acumen's contract portfolio and serve as the organizational quarterback for contract lifecycle activities from award through closeout.
• Lead contract lifecycle management including renewals, amendments, notices, obligations, and closeout activities.
• Maintain centralized contract repositories and governance processes.
• Coordinate stakeholder review and approval processes and manage outside counsel engagement.
• Develop reporting and visibility dashboards with contract KPIs and risk indicators.
• Supervise and develop Contract Management team members and establish standards.
