Job summary

Higgsfield AI is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to own and scale our commercial contracting processes. This fully remote role in the United States sits at the intersection of Legal, Finance, and GTM, driving fast, accurate contracts with scalable systems.

You’ll manage day-to-day contracting lifecycle, draft and negotiate NDAs, maintain templates, reporting, and automation through Ironclad and related tools, while reducing risk and improving cycle times.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in contract management, legal operations, or commercial operations.
• Deep hands-on Ironclad experience building workflows, templates, and reporting.
• Experience scaling or cleaning up a CLM and migrations.
• Ability to independently negotiate NDAs and prepare markups.

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle of commercial agreements from intake to signature.
• Co-own Ironclad build, templates, approvals, metadata, and reporting.
• Maintain trackers, meet SLAs, and escalate exceptions to Legal.
• Collaborate across Legal, Finance, Growth, Recruiting, PR, and leadership.
