Ladders is seeking a Contracts Manager to join its Real Estate and Construction focused team in a remote capacity. You will oversee contract administration and tender management across multiple projects, ensuring process discipline, documentation quality, and risk control.

You will work with project management and cost teams to move tenders efficiently, advise clients on contract awards, and support post‑contract administration in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in contract administration or tender management.
• Strong research skills with a deep understanding of legal agreements.
• Experience with Ariba or similar tender management platforms.
• Knowledge of local and international contract laws.
• Proven leadership abilities.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.
