Lattice is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to independently manage a broad portfolio of commercial agreements across teams like Sales, Privacy, Security, and Finance. You will use AI-assisted workflows to accelerate reviews, draft and negotiate high-value contracts, and balance risk with customer experience and business velocity.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues within playbooks, ensuring operational feasibility and timely approvals.

Qualifications

• Five+ years negotiating and managing commercial technology agreements, ideally in SaaS.
• Experience reviewing technology vendor and procurement agreements.
• Strong commercial judgment and ability to distinguish material risk from lower-value points.
• Ability to apply playbooks, policies, and escalate when needed.
• Familiarity with IP, confidentiality, data use, privacy, security, SLAs, and renewals.

Responsabilités

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a high volume of commercial agreements within playbooks and risk tolerances.
• Lead negotiations on SaaS order forms, TOS, MSAs, DPAs, SLAs, and related customer documents.
• Review vendor and service-provider agreements with cross-functional teams.
• Support partnerships, integrations, and strategic marketing relationships.
• Serve as primary Legal contact for business stakeholders and provide practical guidance.
