Job summary

Point32Health, Inc. is seeking an Associate Contract Specialist to coordinate the implementation, maintenance, and administration of provider and vendor contracts across medical, behavioral health, and ancillary networks.

You will partner with internal departments to ensure terms are operationalized across systems, processes, and stakeholders. The role requires 1-3 years of healthcare contracting experience and a BA/BS degree.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of work experience.
• Preferred: 3-5 years of experience in managed care or other health care environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the implementation and maintenance of provider and vendor contracts.
• Facilitate cross-functional implementation to meet contractual requirements on time.
• Ensure contracts adhere to standard policies or approved exceptions.
• Review provisions, reimbursement methodologies, and operating requirements.
• Support testing, validation, and QA for contract configuration.
