Job summary

Point32Health is seeking a Senior Contract Manager to negotiate contracts with large physician and hospital networks, owning financial and legal terms, including risk arrangements and quality incentives. You will lead negotiations and ensure alignment with the commercial strategy and regulatory guidelines.

You will collaborate with legal, clinical, reporting and quality teams to craft comprehensive contracts and meet key contracting objectives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience negotiating contracts with providers and hospitals.
• Strong financial and legal terms negotiation experience.
• Ability to translate business needs into contract language while ensuring compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations for contracts with network providers within budgeted targets.
• Coordinate with legal to ensure consistency of terms and compliance.
