Job summary

Prominence Health, a subsidiary of Universal Health Services (UHS), is seeking a Contract Support Analyst to assist the Contract Manager with provider agreements, fee schedules, and contract setup. You will coordinate with multiple departments to resolve contract/claim disputes and audit contract builds as renewals occur.

Ideal candidates bring at least 3 years in healthcare contracting, strong English communication, and proficiency with MS Office; experience with QNXT or Impact is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in healthcare such as medical claims, contracting and/or Provider Relations.
• Strong English communication, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access).
• Experience with QNXT, Impact or other claim processing apps preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer and implement provider agreements to ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
• Analyze and interpret fee schedules and provider contracts to assist with contract resolution.
• Collaborate with departments to resolve contract/claim disputes.
• Audit contract builds and maintain the system as agreements renew.
