Job summary

Point32Health, Inc. seeks a Senior Contract Manager to negotiate contracts with providers, ensuring financial terms align with strategic goals and regulatory requirements. You will lead negotiations, oversee contract documents, and collaborate with legal and clinical teams.

You will analyze providers' financial data, articulate Position at executive level, and manage multiple risk arrangements across products while guiding internal stakeholders through the contracting cycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 5–7 years in managed healthcare; contract negotiations experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; strong financial analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiation of contractual arrangements with network providers within budgeted targets and regulatory requirements.
• Direct financial analyses to support contract negotiations and develop comprehensive contract documents.
• Collaborate with legal to ensure contract provisions are consistent and compliant.
• Understand applicable laws and regulations to ensure contract language meets standards.
• Present Point32Health’s position to providers at executive levels during negotiations.
• Negotiate multiple risk arrangements and define terms across products.
• Lead cross-functional meetings and document key financial and legal terms.
