Job summary

Prominence Health is seeking a Contract Support Analyst to administer provider agreements and ensure compliance. This role serves as the Contracting Department's point of contact and requires deep knowledge of provider contracting and fee schedules.

The analyst analyzes contracts to support claim payment resolution and coordinates with multiple departments to finalize contract/claim disputes. Auditing contract builds and data maintenance are key responsibilities in a dynamic health care setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in healthcare such as medical claims, contracting and/or Provider Relations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access).
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Administer and implement provider agreements; ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
• Serve as the primary contact for the Contracting Department and provide contract support.
• Analyze fee schedules and provider contracts to assist with claim payment resolutions.
• Audit contract builds and maintain system data as agreements renew or are executed.
