Job summary

Point32Health seeks an Associate Contract Specialist to coordinate the implementation, maintenance, and administration of provider and vendor contracts across the Medical, Behavioral Health, and Ancillary networks. This role partners with internal departments to operationalize terms accurately and on schedule.

You will support regulatory and audit requirements, drive process improvements, and ensure documentation quality while collaborating with stakeholders to optimize service delivery.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of work experience (minimum).
• 3–5 years in managed care or health care environment desirable.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; meet SLAs and deadlines.
• Ability to understand financial, legal, and operational aspects of a contract.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the implementation and maintenance of provider and vendor contracts across all lines of business.
• Facilitate cross-functional implementation to ensure contractual requirements are operationalized accurately and on time.
• Review contract provisions, reimbursement methodologies, and operational requirements.
• Support testing, validation, and quality assurance activities for contract configuration.
• Develop, maintain, and facilitate the claims recycle process with partners.
