Job summary

Jeeves is expanding its go-to-market organization and seeks an experienced recruiter to own live requisitions across sales, SDR, revenue operations, and partnerships. This remote role will partner with the GTM recruiter and sales leadership across markets, focusing on execution and throughput with established processes and panels.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of full-cycle GTM recruiting, strong English and Spanish, and proven sourcing skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across GTM functions (sales, SDR, revenue operations, partnerships).
• Fluent English is required; Fluent Spanish is required; Portuguese is a plus.
• Based in Mexico; remote work within Mexico.
• Sourcing capability across Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and competitive mapping.
• Prior contract or agency experience is preferred; track record of delivering quickly.
• Hands-on experience with an applicant tracking system; Lever experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI tools in recruiting contexts.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision after initial briefing.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across go-to-market requisitions from SDR to Sales Manager and revenue roles.
• Develop and execute outbound sourcing strategies for passive candidates.
• Partner with sales leadership on market realities, compensation positioning, and role calibration to meet timelines.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data in Lever for visibility by hiring managers.
• Deliver a professional candidate experience with timely communication at every stage.
