Qualifikationen

• Reliable home office setup suitable for confidential calls.

Aufgaben

• Develop a deep understanding of Prescryptive’s customers and their needs.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and empathetic customer service via phone, email, and case systems (Salesforce).
• Identify issues, escalate trends, and contribute improvement ideas to support scales.
• Collaborate with product and operations teams to share feedback that enhances the customer experience.
• Assist with customer communications during product updates or launches.
• Acquire detailed knowledge of Prescryptive’s products, workflows, and support tools.
• Help refine and document internal customer care processes.
