Job summary

Prescryptive Health, Inc. is seeking aContract Clinical Services Support Technician to maintain clinical drug lists, update prior authorization criteria, and prepare client reports. The role emphasizes hands-on, operational tasks with QA review by pharmacists or clinical staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) through PTCB or ExCPT, with state licensure where required.
• About 2 years of PBM experience supporting clinical services (utilization management, coverage review, or prior authorization).
• Experience with mail order and specialty pharmacy operations, formularies, drug lists, and NDC identifiers.
• Hands-on use of formulary or drug information databases and PBM platforms.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills to compare drug list data and prepare reports.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining claims adjudication data and client materials.
• Strong written and verbal communication to coordinate with pharmacists and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Synchronize Medispan drug lists in the drug list management platform.
• Update PA coverage criteria documents with formulary updates and client customizations.
• Investigate claim rejections related to drug list platform configuration and resolve questions.
• Establish QA checkpoints for PA updates and printing with clinical review.
• Analyze, generate, and distribute medication lists and client-facing materials.
• Coordinate with pharmacists, operations, and internal stakeholders to meet deadlines.
• Identify opportunities to improve accuracy and efficiency via technology, automation, and AI tools.
