Job summary

Prescryptive Health, Inc. is hiring a Contract Clinical Services Support Technician to maintain drug lists, support prior authorizations, and prepare client reports.

Responsibilities include QA-reviewed updates, policy publications, and collaboration with pharmacists and operations to meet tight deadlines. The role emphasizes hands-on, operational work for a 9–12 month contract, with opportunities to leverage automation and AI-enabled tools in a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with state registration or licensure where required.
• Active Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) through PTCB or ExCPT.
• 2 years of PBM clinical services experience, e.g., utilization management or prior authorization.
• Hands-on with formulary, drug information databases, and PBM platforms.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for reports and presentations.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in claims data and client materials.
• Clear written and verbal communication and ability to coordinate with teams.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to technology, automation, and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Synchronize Medispan drug lists in the drug list management platform.
• Update PA coverage criteria documents with formulary updates and client customizations.
• Investigate claim rejections and resolve drug list and benefit setup questions.
• Publish coverage policies files and client drug lists under QA review.
• Establish QC checkpoints for PA updates and printing with pharmacist review.
• Analyze and distribute medication lists and client-facing clinical materials.
• Coordinate with pharmacists and operational teams to meet deadlines.
• Identify opportunities to improve accuracy and efficiency through tech and AI.
