Job summary

Prescryptive Health, Inc. is seeking a Contract Clinical Services Support Technician to maintain clinical drug lists, PA documents, and client materials, with pharmacist QA review. This hands-on contract role spans 9–12 months.

You will collaborate with pharmacists and internal teams to meet deadlines and improve accuracy using automation and AI-enabled tools. Required: High school diploma (or equivalent) with CPhT, ~2 years PBM clinical service experience, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills;

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and active Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification.
• State registration or licensure where required.
• ~2 years of PBM experience in clinical services (utilization management, coverage review, or PA resolution).
• Hands-on experience with formulary or drug information databases and PBM platforms.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills to compare drug list data and prepare reports/presentations.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining claims adjudication data and client-facing materials.

Responsibilities

• Synchronize Medispan drug lists in the drug list management platform.
• Update PA coverage criteria documents with formulary updates and client customizations.
• Investigate claim rejections related to drug list platform configuration and resolve questions; prepare and publish coverage policies and client drug lists under QA review.
• Establish QA checkpoints for PA updates and printing with pharmacist/clinical review.
• Analyze, generate, and distribute medication lists and reports; prepare client-facing clinical materials and disruption analyses for reviews.
• Coordinate with pharmacists, operations, and internal teams to meet deadlines.
• Identify opportunities to improve accuracy and efficiency through technology and AI-enabled tools.
