Job summary

Downtown Boulder Partnership is looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their expanding banking organization. This remote contract role requires directing all financial activities and collaborating closely with the Executive Team to drive growth strategies and ensure compliance.

A Bachelor's degree in finance and accounting is mandatory, along with a Master's and CPA being preferred. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a bank with significant assets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years' related experience.
• At least 5 years' experience in a bank with at least $5B in assets.
• Ability to work well under pressure and resolve complex financial problems.

Responsibilities

• Directing all financial activities including reporting and planning.
• Overseeing the preparation of financial statements and budgets.
• Working with the Executive Team to develop growth strategies.
