The successful candidate will join a collaborative leadership team and will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the organization’s financial strategy, operational performance, systems and processes, and future growth.

  • Participate actively in company‑wide strategic planning and significant business decisions
  • Provide leadership and executive oversight of the organization’s finance and accounting functions
  • Strengthen financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and analytical capabilities
  • Develop forward‑looking financial reporting, dashboards, and key performance indicators that improve executive and operational decision‑making
  • Partner with operational leaders to evaluate financial performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency
  • Translate financial information into actionable recommendations for both financial and non‑financial leaders
  • Oversee financial reporting, cash management, banking relationships, tax coordination, insurance‑related financial matters, and internal controls
  • Evaluate capital investments, major expenditures, financing alternatives, and other significant financial decisions
  • Lead and improve the annual business planning and budgeting processes
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and leverage technology, automation, and financial systems to increase organizational efficiency
  • Evaluate, develop, and optimize the finance and accounting team, organizational structure, and capabilities
  • Maintain productive relationships with external accounting, banking, insurance, and other professional partners
  • Provide financial leadership and analysis related to potential acquisitions, strategic transactions, or other growth opportunities as they arise
  • Identify emerging financial risks, trends, and opportunities and proactively bring recommendations to executive leadership
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • Significant progressive accounting and finance experience with meaningful senior‑level leadership responsibility
  • Strong understanding of both financial accounting and strategic finance
  • Demonstrated experience with financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and financial modeling
  • Experience partnering with CEOs, executive teams, or senior operational leaders to improve business performance
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and improve accounting and finance teams
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, internal controls, cash management, banking, and other core corporate finance responsibilities
  • Experience developing and utilizing financial and operational KPIs to support business decisions
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making capabilities
  • Excellent executive‑level communication and interpersonal skills
  • High degree of integrity, discretion, and sound judgment
Preferred Qualifications
