Our client, a growing holding company with multiple operating subsidiaries, is seeking a highly capable Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its fully remote U.S.-based leadership team. The organization oversees seven operating subsidiaries across financial services and related sectors, providing scale and diversity while maintaining a lean, agile structure. As CFO, you will shape enterprise financial strategy while staying closely involved in execution—overseeing financial reporting, treasury, audit coordination, and regulatory compliance, and supporting mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures across the portfolio.
