Confidential is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join its executive leadership team, overseeing the full finance function and advising the CEO and Board.

The role emphasizes shaping financial strategy, capital planning, reporting integrity, and building a high-performing finance organization, with responsibilities spanning M&A evaluation, investor relations, and cross-functional partnership to drive growth. Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including prior CFO or senior finance executive experience.
• MBA or CPA strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute financial strategy in partnership with the CEO and Board of Directors.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range strategic planning.
• Lead capital structure decisions, financing strategy, and investor/stakeholder relations.
• Ensure the integrity of financial reporting, controls, and compliance across the organization.
• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing finance and accounting organization.
• Evaluate M&A opportunities and lead financial due diligence as needed.
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, and executive leadership to drive business performance.
• Serve as the primary financial voice in board meetings and strategic planning sessions.
